CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: I do my very best to be as flexible and accommodating to my beautiful guests because I get that life just happens sometimes! In order to ensure that my business can keep its doors open to the community I have to have some policies in place. My booking system will text you a reminder 72hrs prior to your appointment, if you need to make an adjustment to your appointment, PLEASE let me know at that time to avoid being charged any fees due to too short notice without time to try to fill your appointment spot. Thank you for your understanding and for helping to support my small business to achieve my big dreams! 72 hrs notice - no charge to incur 48hrs notice - 50% of your scheduled services will be charged 24hrs or less notice - 90% of your scheduled services will be charged No call / No show - 100% of your scheduled services will be charged, and a deposit of 50% of your next service will be required for booking future appointments
